I’m really glad I made a buffer. My great grandma just passed away and it turns out I’m already going to need to use it. =( As well as scrape up the money to get back to Alberta for Tuesday.

I tried to use the top PayPal link to ‘buy you a drink’, but got an error “We were unable to decrypt the certificate id.”
I hope you can get that fixed quickly..
I’ll be honest, I didn’t even TEST my Paypal buttons. I never assumed anyone would want to give me money this early on in the game. I figured out the problem and they’re working on my end.

I’m okay, I’m usually pretty… well, some people might even say callus about death. She had a stroke and wasn’t happy and she was a believer and so am I and so if we’re right, she’s now in a way better place and if we’re wrong, she still isn’t suffering anymore. I’m more worried about how my mom and grandma are doing, so I figured if I could be there I could do the cooking for mom while I stay and ease things up on her a bit.
